Please use the AC Charging Cable included in the package for fast charging. Do not use other cables to charge. Plug directly into an AC wall outlet and make sure that the wall output current is more than 15A. Otherwise, reduce the unit charging speed with the AC Charge Speed Switch. EcoFlow takes no responsibilities for any consequences caused by failures to follow instructions, including but not limited to charging with other AC charging cables.

FAQs
- All the AC ports support 3600W (US) output?
 - For US version, you can only have max 3600W AC output on the 30A AC port.
 - What's the max input DELTA Pro can achieve?
 - When charging DELTA Pro and its extra battery together, you can reach 6500W max charging speeds by combining AC, solar and Smart Generator methods. For DELTA Pro single unit, you can recharge it at standard wall outlets (1800W max), at EV station (3400W max)/Smart Home Panel/240V outlets (3000W max).
 - How many solar panels can I use at the same time?
 - It depends on the combined voltage and current of the solar panels you choose. It's fine as long as the solar panels use MC4 connectors and their combined voltage and current are within 11-150 volts and under 15 amps.
 - Can I run a 240 device on the 120V US version?
 - You'll need to connect two DELTA Pro units to power 240V electronics. You can do this by: 1) the Double Voltage Hub and use the AC outlets on the hub, or 2) the Smart Home Panel and use your home's 240V outlets (you'll need to setup 240V wiring on the Smart Home Panel during installation).
 - How do I update the firmware?
 - First of all, make sure your DELTA Pro is connected to the EcoFlow App using Internet mode. Secondly, go to the Firmware section in the Setting of the DELTA Pro you're looking to upgrade. Check for the latest firmware and follow the steps to finish the upgrade.
 - How do I recharge DELTA Pro at 200V-240V in a 100V-120V region?
 - The cable provided with your DELTA Pro won’t plug into higher-voltage outlets, and you’ll need a third party adapter/charging cable.

Large items that ship via freight (not UPS or Fedex) require a signature upon delivery. You will receive a call from the shipping company to arrange a time and day for delivery that works for you.

PRODUCT QUALITYÂ GUARANTEEPlease inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should REFUSE the package, and make note of it on the delivery receipt. Â If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please contact us immediately and send photos to support@ecoenerge.com. We will process an insurance claim on your behalf and happily work with you to resolve the issue and refund or replace your order.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDSGenerally, most of the items we carry can be returned within 30 days of receipt in new condition and unopened.
Returned products must be sent back with their original packaging and have all of the parts and components that they came with. Please contact the manufacturer for any warranty issues.
If there is a damage in the product, the customer is not responsible for the shipping costs and restocking fees that apply for the return.
Customer remorse: If there is no damage to the product, the customer will be responsible of paying for shipping and restocking fees. The customer will be given a refund of the remaining balance.Â
Please document (photograph) any damages upon receiving the item and report these damages to the delivery carrier if product was sent by LTL or freight (not by UPS, Fedex, USPS, etc).
Some items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping and original shipping cost, even if the item was "free shipping". Any damages to products may void the return.
Returns must be accompanied with an RMA number. Please contact us in order to have one generated.

As stated in the Product Quality Guarantee, any item that arrives in less than perfect condition or missing parts will be handled at no extra cost. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

If an order is placed on a product that is listed as back-ordered (or is advised), our protocol is to charge the customer's credit card or PayPal account. To have more control over this unfortunate fulfillment delay, we must process your payment when your order is placed to prevent:
- Undesired delays in receipt of your product until proper information can be provided by you to us because of an unintentional change of payment information.
 - Intentional attempts at fraudulent receipt of products by way of purposely providing false payment information.
 - Collecting and handling your sensitive financial information through a delayed date of order fulfillment and shipment. Our strict internal controls are in place to limit impressions or realities of fraud, and we make every effort to not, at any point, be in possession of your sensitive financial information. Â

Therefore we do this to avoid costly and frustrating postponements, cancellations, rerouting, and in some cases unfortunate fraudulent receipt of shipments. If you placed a back-order and you did not intend to do so, you may do the following:
- Review other comparable products on our site for purchase in place of your current order. If you would like to modify your order, please place a new order and contact us immediately so we can refund your original order.
 - If your order has not already shipped, we can cancel and refund your order in full after a brief period of confirming the order cancellation with the manufacturer. You can e-mail us at support@ecoenerge.com with your cancellation request. You may also request inventory availability so a new order can be placed when the item becomes available.
 
- Please wait a minimum of four (4) business days for your credit card company to post the credit.Â

Please note, that unless we are advised by you in a written email reply indicating either of the above two options prior to shipment, we will assume that you want to keep your present order in place until the product is available to ship (requiring no post-order response from you).
