- What devices are compatible with the RIVER Pro?
 
The RIVER Pro can power devices up to 1800W with the X-Boost mode on, which lets you power about 80% of essential devices like kitchen appliances and DIY tools. This includes but is not limited to home appliances like lights, small refrigerators, televisions, hairdryers, and outdoor devices like phones, laptops, cameras, drones, electric kettles, and more.
Use devices below 1200W for the best product experience. It is not recommended to use the RIVER series power station to power heavy-duty devices e.g., air conditioners, ovens, washing machines.
Please conduct full test on a case-by-case basis to confirm the X-Boost feature works with your appliances.
Upgrade the RIVER Pro to the latest firmware using the EcoFlow App before using the X-Boost feature.
- How many solar panels can I connect to the RIVER Pro?
 
You can connect the RIVER Pro to one 110W Solar Panel or one 160W Solar Panel. If you require more power, connect two 110W Solar Panels in parallel to the RIVER Pro using a Solar Parallel Cable (sold separately).
- Can I charge DELTA series power stations with RIVER series power station AC charging cables?
 
DO NOT use RIVER series portable power station AC charging cables on DELTA series power stations. EcoFlow takes no responsibilities for any damages caused by customers' failure to follow instructions. Doing so will void the warranty.
- Can I use 1800W devices with RIVER Pro?
 
The RIVER Pro can support devices up to 1800W with X-Boost. This is tested on a case-by-case basis. It is recommended to use devices below 1200W for a better product experience.
It is not recommended to use the RIVER series power station to power heavy-duty devices e.g., air conditioners, ovens, washing machines.
Please conduct full test on a case-by-case basis to confirm the X-Boost feature works with your appliances.
Upgrade the RIVER Pro to the latest firmware using the EcoFlow App before using the X-Boost feature.
- Can I use the RIVER Pro with other EcoFlow Extra Battery?
 
You can only connect RIVER Pro power station to RIVER Pro Extra Battery. The RIVER Pro is not designed for use with other Extra Battery.
- Can I control RIVER Pro remotely?
 
Yes, you can control RIVER Pro using your phone. Just link to it in the EcoFlow app to control it from afar.
- Can RIVER Pro handle high-wattage appliances?
 
Yes. RIVER Pro can power devices up to 1800W with our proprietary technology, X-Boost. *X-Boost can run devices that require up to 1800W, however, it’s best to test before use. Some 600W–1800W appliances with strict voltage requirements may not function (e.g. air compressors).
- Can RIVER Pro be used as an uninterruptible power supply?
 
As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. (If you do not, please contact us and a representative can send over the digital receipt of your purchase). This confirms your order has been received in our system and your credit card is authorized for purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we begin processing to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail to confirm if you'd like to keep your order or cancel for a full refund. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
ORDER SHIPMENT
Please reference your product page specific lead times. After shipment, items will arrive in 2-7 business days.
Certain items due to high demand and low supply can only be placed on back order at specific times. Please contact customer service to hear about any items availability.
Please contact us for rush shipping rates and options. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within four business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@ecoenerge.com.
Large items that ship via freight (not UPS or Fedex) require a signature upon delivery. You will receive a call from the shipping company to arrange a time and day for delivery that works for you.
PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEE
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should REFUSE the package, and make note of it on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please contact us immediately and send photos to support@ecoenerge.com. We will process an insurance claim on your behalf and happily work with you to resolve the issue and refund or replace your order.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Generally, most of the items we carry can be returned within 30 days of receipt in new condition and unopened.
Returned products must be sent back with their original packaging and have all of the parts and components that they came with. Please contact the manufacturer for any warranty issues.
If there is a damage in the product, the customer is not responsible for the shipping costs and restocking fees that apply for the return.
Customer remorse: If there is no damage to the product, the customer will be responsible of paying for shipping and restocking fees. The customer will be given a refund of the remaining balance.
Please document (photograph) any damages upon receiving the item and report these damages to the delivery carrier if product was sent by LTL or freight (not by UPS, Fedex, USPS, etc).
Some items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping and original shipping cost, even if the item was "free shipping". Any damages to products may void the return.
Returns must be accompanied with an RMA number. Please contact us in order to have one generated.
Should you have any questions about a particular product’s return policy we’re here to help. Please contact us and we will respond within 24 hours.
As stated in the Product Quality Guarantee, any item that arrives in less than perfect condition or missing parts will be handled at no extra cost. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
It is the customers' responsibility to confirm the product will comply with their state, county or city codes. If you will be receiving an inspection by a county or city inspector, please ask them what they require.

If an order is placed on a product that is listed as back-ordered (or is advised), our protocol is to charge the customer's credit card or PayPal account. To have more control over this unfortunate fulfillment delay, we must process your payment when your order is placed to prevent:
- Undesired delays in receipt of your product until proper information can be provided by you to us because of an unintentional change of payment information.
 - Intentional attempts at fraudulent receipt of products by way of purposely providing false payment information.
 - Collecting and handling your sensitive financial information through a delayed date of order fulfillment and shipment. Our strict internal controls are in place to limit impressions or realities of fraud, and we make every effort to not, at any point, be in possession of your sensitive financial information.
 
Therefore we do this to avoid costly and frustrating postponements, cancellations, rerouting, and in some cases unfortunate fraudulent receipt of shipments. This usually happens due to intentionally or unintentionally submitting false payment information. Therefore, this back-order protocol has been put in place to limit unnecessary and excessive costs of doing business, which allows us to keep our prices lower for you, our customer. Thank you for your patience and understanding with any back order you may place with us.
While Waiting...
If you placed a back-order and you did not intend to do so, you may do the following:
- Review other comparable products on our site for purchase in place of your current order. If you would like to modify your order, please place a new order and contact us immediately so we can refund your original order.
 - If your order has not already shipped, we can cancel and refund your order in full after a brief period of confirming the order cancellation with the manufacturer. You can e-mail us at support@ecoenerge.com with your cancellation request. You may also request inventory availability so a new order can be placed when the item becomes available.
 
- Please wait a minimum of four (4) business days for your credit card company to post the credit.
 
Please note, that unless we are advised by you in a written email reply indicating either of the above two options prior to shipment, we will assume that you want to keep your present order in place until the product is available to ship (requiring no post-order response from you). We will continue to diligently work on your behalf with the manufacturer to fulfill your order as soon as possible and advise on freight and tracking information when it is made available to us.
